All returns and exchanges are subject to our Refund Policy, which must be reviewed before purchasing.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Mona-Me is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs processing, or events beyond our control.
Risk of loss passes to you once the order has been handed over to the courier.

Mona-Me is hosted on Shopify. All purchases are made directly with Mona-Me, and Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the transaction between you and us.
You release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims related to purchases made through our store.
